How Personal Growth Helps Men Build Relationships

There are 3 disciplines I'm thinking a lot about these days:

Discipline #1: Psychology

I'm interested in psychology because understanding how I think, feel, and act has allowed me to effect massive changes in my life.

I hope that over the next 5 years, I'll be able to help others do the same.

Discipline #2: Bouldering

I first got interested in bouldering (rock climbing without a rope or harness) 6 months ago.

My younger brother introduced me to it. Since then, I've learned how important it is to:

  • Move intentionally
  • Reframe what success looks like
  • Build a climbing community

Discipline #3: Empathic Communication

I'm also interested in learning more about empathic communication.

It's transformed how I relate to people in my life.

It would be great to connect with other people interested in these same topics.
